Skillet Baked Chocolate Chip Cookie

Mmmm....Who can resist a giant chocolate chip cookie?  You think you have the will power but what if it's topped with vanilla ice cream and homemade caramel sauce?  Check out the recipe I recently had published over at Blissfully Domestic.

I can remember my grandmother making these and the house being filled with the sweet aroma of chocolate chips as we impatiently waited for her to call us to get the ice cream scooper.

Does anyone have any favorite cookie recipes?

Sylvia - that looks so delicious. I'm going to see if my 15 yr old would like to make this for his sibs. (he's my baker).

There is a Mexican restaurant in Kokomo, IN that has this dessert...they serve it right up in the skillet, too, so good!

My husband worked there for 9 months in 2003 and so we spent ALOT of time there. I could have been a restaurant critic for that town, lol ;)
